Terms of Service

By using ReceptionSit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

ReceptionSit provides an AI phone receptionist configured for your business. We set up your agent (typically within 48 hours), provide a forward-to number, and keep the service running while your subscription is active.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and contact information.
• Enable call forwarding to the number we provide (or ask your carrier to do it).
• Use the service lawfully — no spam, fraud, or abusive call handling.
• Keep your login secure.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are shown on our Pricing page. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account. After cancellation, your agent stays active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, carrier issues, or third-party outages may affect call handling.

5. Limitation of liability

ReceptionSit is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed calls, lost bookings, or indirect damages beyond the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your data, cancels active subscriptions, and deletes your sign-in.
